Duck Mousse with Port Wine Pate - All Natural

Made from the freshest duck livers, this amazing all natural duck mousse pate has a creamy, silky texture. After preparation, the duck mousse pate is then marinated in Port Wine, a smooth wine originating in Portugal. Port is densely aromatic, delivering a fresh yet musky fragrance of fruits and spices, with a hint of the wooden barrels they are fermented in. Terroirs d'Antan is based out of California, and they select only a limited number of “All Natural” meat suppliers according to its high standard of quality. All meats used in their “All Natural” products are guaranteed antibiotic and hormone-free, and are free of preservatives, artificial ingredients, and nitrites. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (no animal by-product). Consume the all natural mousse within 10 to 14 days after opening.

All the pata's were great. They need to carry more goose. The only one they had came in one size huge and it would have been great if they had a smaller version. But over all it was great, delivered cold and fast. Food was fresh and tasted great.

While the food items I received were across the board very good - I’m writing to emphasize how exceptional GFS’s customer service was. I will continue to support a group like this. Q:How many servings in the 7 oz?

A:You can get 4 to 5 slices from a 7 oz pate.

Q:can you freeze it

A:The pate can be frozen. We recommend it to packing it in single serving portions before freezing and keeping it airtight. Otherwise the texture and taste can rapidly degrade if thawed out multiple times or if air gets inside the packaging. The frozen pate should then be thawed out in the refrigerator.

Q:Shelf life unopened? After opening?

A:The shelf life is 8 weeks unopened, kept refrigerated. After opening it should be used within 1-2 weeks.
