Q:Is it possible to have it cut lengthwise into 3-4 piecesI will be the only one eating it and a whole lobe is too much for me to eat in a short period. Thanks
A:The Whole Lobe of Fresh Duck Foie Gras is prepackaged by the producer. We cannot open the packaging and cut it on our end, but you can have it portioned once it is received and then frozen down, in freezer safe bags or containers.
Q:How will we get the liver: still perfectly frozen, or will we need to eat it within 2days after receiving it?
A:The liver should arrive frozen. It can be stored in the freezer or refrigerator, depending on how fast upon receipt you need to use it.
