Q:can you freeze this
A:The pate can be frozen. We recommend it to packing it in single serving portions before freezing and keeping it airtight. Otherwise the texture and taste can rapidly degrade if thawed out multiple times or if air gets inside the packaging. The frozen pate should then be thawed out in the refrigerator.
Q:How quickly after shipment receipt must mousse be eaten?
A:The shelf life is 4 weeks refrigerated, unopened. Once opened it should be used as soon as possible, within maximum 3 days.
Q:is this product gluten free?
A:The product is not gluten free certified, however the ingredients (Smoked Salmon (Cured with salt, brown sugar, natural applewood smoke), cream cheese, eggs, butter, margarine, milk, spinach, tomato sauce, nonfat dry milk, spices, aspic: water, carageenan, salt, vinegar) do not mention gluten.
