Thanksgiving Turkey, Cranberries and Brie Leftover Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Put the sugar, the orange juice, the cranberries and the strawberries in a small cooking pot. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and continue cooking until the dried fruit is tender and thickens into a jam. Mix and reserve to cool. If you want, skip this step and use leftover cranberry sauce instead.
  2. Cut the bread lengthwise, and spread Dijon on one side. Layer slices of turkey, a tablespoon of the cranberry-strawberry jam, slices of brie, a tablespoon or two of stuffing and close. Warm in a toaster oven so the brie melts.
