No preservatives, colorings, artificial ingredients or nitrites. Product is frozen and will last up to 9 months in the freezer. Once thawed, use within 1 week.
Buy Andouille sausage, pre-cooked. Heat (don't boil) in hot water for about five minutes to warm up the inside of the Andouille sausage. Cooking tip: Great when browned in a sautéing pan until crispy!
