Andouillette Sausage

This traditional spicy French sausage made of pork has became a staple in Cajun dishes such as the ever-popular jambalaya and gumbo (yum!). Also really delicious cut up and served cold with some other sausages and a cheese board. Hormone and antibiotic free, this imported French sausage is made from animals fed a diet of natural feed. No preservatives, colorings, artificial ingredients or nitrites. Product is frozen and will last up to 9 months in the freezer. Once thawed, use within 1 week.

Buy Andouille sausage, pre-cooked. Heat (don't boil) in hot water for about five minutes to warm up the inside of the Andouille sausage. There are so many delicious ways to enjoy sausages! Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, Citric Acid, Sulphur Dioxide), Parsley, Gelatin, Garlic, Pepper, Spices (Coriander, Caraway, Allspice). Herbs de Provence (Basil, Thyme, Fennel, Lavender), Nutmeg. Natural Pork Casing.

Casing bursted and the sausage fell all apart when I put them in a grill pan. This does not happen with true AAAAA Andoullettes de Troyes. Only reason I did not give them a Terrible rating was that the resulting porridge tasted reasonable. But visually a disaster.
