About Camembert Le Bocage

A superb cow's milk Camembert cheese from Normandy, Camembert du Bocage is hand-picked for it's fabulous creamy and buttery texture that turns decadently gooey as it matures. With a classic bloomy rind, which is totally edible, it has a pungent aroma but a very mild flavor that finishes smoothly, with no tanginess. Just creamy and delicious, bring to room temperature before serving to fully appreciate the texture and flavor. Pair with a fruity red wine, or an apple-y Chenin Blanc - and obviously Camembert is always fabulous with Champagne or Prosecco!
