Panceta Iberico Smoked - Slab

Winner of the 2012 Specialty Food Association Gold award, Fermin's mouthwatering Panceta from acorn-fed Iberico pigs is just melt-in-the-mouth good. Cut from the belly of the Iberico Pata Negra pig, the famous Spanish breed of pig with incredible amounts of creamy intramuscular fat, this panceta is hickory-smoked for 4 weeks. The flavor is nutty - thanks to the diet rich in acorns -, smoky, sweet and luxuriously smooth. Cooks to crispy perfection!
Ingredients: Pork, brown sugar, salt, maple sugar, salt, 6.25% sodium nitrite.
