Boudin Blanc comes in 4 links of deliciously moist and mild-flavored sausage prepared according to French culinary tradition. Don't confuse it with the other type of Boudin, which often refers to blood sausage: these sausages are in fact made from finely ground pork and chicken meat, and they acquire their white hue from an infusion of milk-based cream (as opposed to the rice often used in Cajun-style Boudin Blanc). Meanwhile, brandy, onion, spices and other flavors elevate this traditional sausage to a complex specialty meat. It has a soft, delicate texture that has made it renowned among butchers throughout the world.

Boudin Blanc sausages are easy to cook: pan-fry them with a touch of butter, or bake in the oven. Delicatess ! Formidable The best Boudin Blanc eaten in the last 50 Years ! Perfectly mixture with beautiful taste Best you place the 4 sausages on an Aluminum folie on a Plat - Place in the oven under the grille at 350 - 400 Fahrenheit - same as the Boudin Noir- this way those will not get burst. Don't forget to put some olive oil and butter on the folie. When done best you eat those with the German sweet Mustard Loewensenf Bavarian Style Sweet . on the side Trader's JO Frozen Roasted Potatoes- some on the side self rosted onions . DELICIOUS ! Those Boudin Blanc are a kind of "German Weisswurst" but slighty more dry - VERY WELL asaisone (No taste of sugar or other wrong spices - PERFECT Try - Ordered again 4x Pictures ?
