A:Unopened, the sausages should last up to 10 days refrigerated upon arrival. Once opened, please consume within 3 days. These can be frozen for up to 6 months in an airtight container or vacuum sealed bags.

A:The Toulouse Sausage is not a dry type of sausage and thus not fermented.

A:These are 4 individual links.

A:The meat used for the sausage is not organic, but it is free of antibiotics and hormones.
