A:Refrigerated morsels can be keep so for up to 10 days. Once opened though, please consume as quickly as possible. Morsels can be frozen. Suggested freeze time, 2 months. Any longer and they would lose texture and flavor.

Q:Is it grade A and can I make a terrine with it? Thank you

A:These morsels are trimmed from Grade A lobes and mixed with cubes of Grade C. Yes, they can be used to make terrines, as well as mousses, sauces and emulsions.
