Italian Parma Salami

This short and stout Parma Salami is rich and flavorful, studded with chunky pieces of fine fat that melt in the palate. It’s hanged to dry and cured naturally, letting the flavors deepen and develop as it matures. Perfect for an antipasto platter, paired with select cheeses, letting the soft and delicate taste and wonderful aroma shine. It's presented whole, so you can cut into slices of your desired thickness - we like ours on the thin slice to fully appreciate the flavor. But whichever way you slice it, remove the casing first by scoring it lengthwise with a knife and peeling it - the casing is not edible.

Ferrarini's Italian Parma Salami is made with the finest ground pork meat (from carefully selected pigs) and produced following traditional techniques and recipes from Parma, a region rich in culinary traditions and especially the art of salumi. Expertly seasoned with a secret mix of herbs and spices, each salami is stuffed into its casing and then tied by hand, one by one – as they always have been.

Ferrarini's salamis are made without any gluten, milk protein or lactose. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 90 days, unopened.
