This stunning 3-ingredient cocktail offers exceptional flavor and a striking pink color. A fruity twist on the classic Gimlet, raspberry-infused simple syrup transforms this delicious drink into a sweet-tart fusion perfect for enjoying Summer’s bounty.

Raspberry Gimlet Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2oz Gin
  • 1.5oz Raspberry Simple Syrup*
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • Fresh raspberries

For the Raspberry-infused Simple Syrup

Instructions for the Simple Syrup:
  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring regularly until all the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Whisk in raspberry puree and allow the raspberry syrup to cool.
  3. Transfer to a container and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use. This syrup lasts for up to 2 weeks.

Instructions for the Cocktail:
  1. Combine gin, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker half full with ice.
  2. Add more ice and shake until combined and chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with fresh raspberries, and enjoy!
