Raspberry Puree

Intense, colorful and tasty raspberry puree from French product Boiron, made from meticulously selected raspberries, made with a pasteurizing process of rapid heating and cooling adapted to this particular fruit and preserving the fresh taste and color. Defrost the puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious cocktails, smoothies, and pie fillings.
Ingredients: Raspberry 85%, invert sugar syrup 15%.

A:The fruit purees from both Boiron and La Fruitiere are Kosher certified. The certification is done by the Rabbinat Loubavitch de France.

Q:Is their seeds in the puree

A:The puree is seedless.

Q:I am curious. It says no sugar added in the product description. However you state in your q & a that it is the only puree that you carry and it has sugar??? What?????? (Raspberry puree, by boron)

A:The Raspberry Puree from Boiron has sugar added (90% fruit, 10% sugar), as listed on the product label.
