This Iberico chuletero pork chop is made by Fermin, a family-owned company established just outside Salamanca, Spain in the early 20th century. As mandated by Spanish law, all their pigs are raised without antiobiotics or hormones. They offer a wide range of pork products, including fresh and cured cuts, hams, loins, chorizos and more, and have become one of the world's premier sources of coveted Iberico pork.
