Deep smokey flavor. A thin slice is excellent by itself or with cheese, grapes, melon, even nuts. Add it to recipes as you would bacon bits.

I had high hopes for this smoked pork, and was not disappointed. It has a rich dense smoky flavor. It can hold its own with any combination of cheese, or other combination, which makes it quite versatile.
