This chocolate is made with fine cocoa beans, natural bourbon vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter. Callebaut is one of the rare chocolate makers that still selects, roasts and grinds its own cocoa beans, the beans are roasted in their entire shell, to protect them and keep in all the aromas and subtleties. This yields a more intense, more complex and deeper cocoa flavor, unmistakably Callebaut.

Excellent chocolat! Came very well packed, in perfect condition. The chocolate is absolutely wonderful, with a true and deep flavor but still 70%. We cut it in small parts, wrapped each one in plastic wrap and store them in a container. Perfect chocolate for baking or as is, like sprinkled on yogurt. Highly recommend!
