Made with 100% pure coca butter, a hint of natural bourbon vanilla and the finest white chocolate in Belgium, this Callebaut white chocolate block is perfect for any baking application (and to snack on!). This white baking chocolate boasts sweet, creamy, and delicious caramel notes. Callebaut is one of the rare chocolate makers that still selects, roasts and grinds its own cocoa beans, the beans are roasted in their entire shell, to protect them and keep in all the aromas and subtleties. This yields a more intense, more complex and deeper cocoa flavor, unmistakably Callebaut.

Q:is this white chocolate tempered? WOULD I BE ABLE TO USE IT FOR MAKING GANACHE

The Belgian White Chocolate Baking Block is tempered, however if you need to melt it, it will lose its tempered state so you will need to re-temper at the point of melting the chocolate for your own use.

This chocolate is suitable for all baking applications, including ganache.
