Wagyu Corned Beef Hash With Fried Egg Recipe Instructions


  • 8 oz. Wagyu Roast Beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, peel and diced
  • ½ large sweet onion, diced
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. On medium high heat, heat the olive oil and butter in a large saucepan. Add potatoes, onions, paprika and salt and pepper. Stir and cook for about 7 minutes. 
  2. Toss in green pepper and parsley, stir and cook, covered, for another 2 minutes. Reserve warm.
  3. Fry 4 eggs. Plate and serve with one fried egg on top of each plate, along with a couple of slices of tomatoes. Finish with a sprinkle of parsley for garnish.
