Truffle and Mushroom Sauce - Salsa Tartufata

Italian summer black truffles are combined with countryside mushrooms, cooked in olive oil with a touch of garlic and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper to create this masterful ingredient. Simply add it to any dish, and let it work its dark, truffle magic. For each portion of pasta, meat, fish: 2-3 teaspoon.
Ingredients: Champignons mushrooms 56%, extra virgin olive oil, water, summer truffle breakings 6 %, aroma, maize starch, anchovy paste, salt, inch of seppia, alimentary fibre of chicory, pepper, emulsifier: E322 ( it contains soya), granular preparatin for broth ( it contains flavour enchancer: E 621, lactose, celery), acidity corrector: E 330, garlic

Wonderful stuff! First had it on a trip to Italy. Now I can't get enough of it. I have it on scrambled eggs, pasta or spread it on toasted ciabatta! MMMMM!

A:This is not a spicy sauce, the spices are salt, garlic and black pepper.

Q:After opening the bottle do I have to refrigerate it. And how long can I keep it refrigerated? Also I would like cooking suggestions with it.

A:The Salsa Tartufata needs to be kept refrigerated after opening and used within the time frame indicated on the label. The sauce can be used in appetizers, pasta dishes or over meat or fish. It can be warmed up in a pan and then spread or drizzled. The serving size is around 2-3 teaspoons for each portion of pasta, meat or fish.
