Q:Hi, I was just curious, since your product contains peanut oil to preserve the black truffle, doesn't the product have a peanut taste? And doesn't this take away from the truffle taste?

A:The peanut oil does not take away from the truffle taste as only a small quantity is used, mainly for adding creaminess to the paste. The truffle flavor will be the predominant one in the this product.
