The flavor was good; butter had nowhere near as many pieces of truffle as pictured. Tried it on baked boneless, skinless chicken breast - YUM!

The butter itself was good and flavorful but there were not a fraction of truffle pieces as shown in the picture. In fact, there were very few pieces of truffles mixed in.
