Teriyaki Pork Chops Recipe

Our killer grilled pork chops are meaty, juicy, flavorful and utterly delicious. Glazed with a teriyaki sauce and paired with a fresh apple slaw salad, it's the perfect dish for an outdoorsy meal.

Directions
  1. Trim off most of the fat from the pork chops. Brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fire up the grill to medium and grill the pork chops for 8 minutes, then flip. Brush with the teriyaki sauce and grill for 2 minutes, flip, brush with teriyaki sauce, grill for 2 minutes, then flip again and brush with sauce.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds and finish grilling.
  4. For the salad, toss the cabbage with apples, lemon juice with olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Finish off with fresh parsley and basil right before serving so they won’t get soggy.
