Our tasty vintage Cheddar is cured for a minimum of 3 years and will only be sold when its flavor meets the company’s high standards. They have a unique production process that allows the cheese maker to craft the Cheddar on an individual vat basis so that the natural flavors of the milk can develop and give the Cheddar its layered and profound flavor.
This Quebec vintage Cheddar is extremely versatile and can be enjoyed several ways: You can use it as a topping, garnish, standalone snack, or to enhance a cheese board. Compile an enviable charcuterie board by serving it with some lightly grilled baguette, gourmet sausage, cured meats, crisp apple slices and grainy mustard. We recommend washing it down with a stout beer in order to complement and harmonize its flavors.
