Instead of five items, I received four, although the packing list contained five. When I asked when the fifth item would arrive, I was told that this item was out of stock, so they didn't send it and didn't charge me for it. So why they've included it in the packing list? When I asked, if and when they going to send it to me, since I had chosen those conditions in the menu. They replied that they don't have such conditions in their menu. When I started to insist, they told me that I had chosen a different condition in the menu - to refuse the item if it was out of stock. But I know for sure that this is not true. When I told them, I only bought everything else because of this item, because they don't send packages for less than a hundred dollars, as I was told on their website when I made the purchase. They replied that this is not true, and they can send packages for any amount. And when I tried to object, they told me that they know better because they work there, and not me. When I tried to return to the question again and asked why when I paid for the Moskow Dry Salami it was on the website, but when it was time to send it, it became out of stock. They replied that it wasn't in stock before either. In short, they are probably eating my sausage now and laughing at me. And I'll laugh too, only louder. Because I know how to laugh in articles, reviews, books and in anti-advertising.
