A classic but beloved recipe, lox and bagels are an American favorite. We pile premium Scottish or Norwegian smoked salmon on ours, with a good amount of cream cheese and a sprinkle of juicy capers.

Lox and Bagels Recipe

  1. Divide the bagels in separate plates. On each half of the bagels, spread a liberal amount of cream cheese.
  2. On one half of the bagel, place two folded slices of lox, 1 tsp. capers, a slice of tomato and a slice or two of red onions. Close with the other half and serve.
