Recipe Questions And Answers

Q: Can fresh atlantic salmon be used for this recipe and if so what is the best way to prepare it?
A: We would recommend using lox (salt cured salmon), Gravlax or smoked salmon for the recipe. If you have fresh salmon available you can smoke it or cure it first and then try the recipe.
