Truffle Mac and Cheese Recipe

Our Mac and Cheese is loaded with decadent truffle cheese, heavy cream and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese for extra creaminess. Truffle salt, truffle oil and a few thin slices of aromatic fresh black truffle, and you've got the grown-up and sophisticated version of Mac and Cheese.

Truffle Mac and Cheese Recipe Instructions

  • 1 lb. box short pasta, elbows
  • 3 cups Truffled Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups of Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. truffle oil
  • Truffle salt, to taste
  • 1 Fresh black truffle, sliced thinly

  1. Bring salted water to boil in a large pot and cook till al dente. While the pasta is cooking, make the sauce.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil; reduce the heat to medium and whisk in the cheese and parmigiano cheese. The cheeses will melt and the sauce will thicken. Taste and add truffle salt as needed.
  3. Drain the pasta and toss into the warm sauce and mix to coat.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of truffle oil and some truffle shavings on each plate.
