Crottin de Champcol
A creamy little goat cheese from the Loire Valley in France (famous for its fabulous castles, wines and cheese), Crottin de Champcol is the pasteurized version of Crottin de Chavignol, a classic French chevre. Soft and sweet when young, harder and more pungent as it ages. Great on any cheese board, as a dessert cheese with fruit, and paired with Sancerre wine.
Ingredients: pasteurized goat's milk, starters, rennet, salt
