Blood Orange Puree

Striking and super versatile blood orange fruit puree made from meticulously selected blood oranges, made with a pasteurizing process of rapid heating and cooling that preserves the fresh taste and color. Defrost the Boiron fruit puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious cocktails, smoothies, and pie fillings.

Ingredients: Blood orange 88%, inverted sugar syrup 12%.
