Organic Arborio Rice

Hand peeled Arborio rice is one of the most popular Italian grains. It lends itself not only to the popular risotto dish, but it's large grain also makes it useful for other dishes. If you're debating between Arborio and Carnaroli it is useful to know that there isn't much of a real difference between the two of them, with the exception that perhaps Carnaroli is a little bit more forgiving.
