Q:Last year when we had our sailboat in French Polynesia, we discovered French Sausage in the markets. Back in the States, I have been unable to find a similar tasting French Sausage. We do not like a salami type sausage. We like the meaty taste of the sausages we bought in Pape'ete without very strong spices. Which of your sausages would you recommend?
A:Hello. Either this Rosette De Lyon Sausage or the Saucisson Sec Sausage should be exactly what you are looking for! Both have that traditionally meaty taste, and are not spiced heavily.
