Coarse, hearty, this is perfect when paired with zesty cornichons on rustic Tuscan bread and matched with a full-bodied Burgundy wine.

A: Yes, this pate can be cut into portions and frozen. You do not want to keep in your freezer for more than 2 to 3 months though. Its might become crystalized and loose some flavor & texture.
