Q:Can this product be frozen and if so does the flavor denigrate at all? Also, if it is able to be frozen, can I split it, wrap well, freeze and expect it to be excellent when unfrozen? Thanks!
A:Yes, this pate can be cut into portions and frozen. You do not want to keep in your freezer for more than 2 to 3 months though. Its might become crystalized and loose some flavor & texture.
