Pate de Campagne Forrestier - All Natural

This ‘country-style' (campagne) pâté has an uneven, remarkably thick consistency, perfect for spreading. The preparation of this delicacy originated in the French countryside and incorporates ingredients found in the surrounding French forests, such as porcini mushrooms, to create a flavor that is natural and complex. The porcini are soaked in wine and Cognac, which adds a subtly sweet and winy taste to this unique spread.

Terroirs d'Antan, our fabulous California supplier with great French traditions, selects a limited number of “All Natural” meat suppliers according to its high standard of quality. All meats used in our “All Natural” products are guaranteed antibiotics and hormones free. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (no animal by-products). All pâtés, mousses and rillettes are free of preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites. Shelf life indicated when properly refrigerated between 34° and 36°F. Consume 10 to 14 days after opening.
