A: The Duck Leg Confit is fully cooked. It can be served both cold (incorporated in salads) or warmed in different dishes or by itself. The Duck Leg Confit can be warmed in different ways (in the oven, pan-seared). It needs to be cooked until the skin turns crispy and a nice golden-brown color.
