Pheasant Airline Breasts, Skin On

Pheasant Airline Breasts offer an excellent presentation piece for fancy meals at home or in restaurants and event spaces. With the wingbone (drumette) and skin intact, they have an elegant appearance, and their meat is lean, tender and mild-flavored, like chicken but with richer.
