Los Cameros Cheese - Cured in Olive OilAn olive-oil cured cow, goat and sheep's milk from the Rioja region of Spain, Los Cameros is milky and fresh with a lovely intensity. It's aged at least 6 months in cellars, developing it's characteristic flavor and a smooth, firm texture with a few eyes. Add it to a cheese board, serve with fruit or with a slice of the classic Spanish Membrillo (quince) paste.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk (60%), sheep's milk (20%), goat's milk (6%), lactic ferments, calcium chloride, animal rennet, egg lysozyme, salt.
