Albacore White Tuna Ventresca in Olive Oil

Ventresca is a little-known delicacy of tuna bellies, softer and more flavorful than any other section of the fish. Packed in smooth olive oil, it makes an exceptional appetizer or snack when serve with bread or crackers. With 120 years and five generations of experience under their belt, Serrats of Spain produces some of the best canned fish in the market today. Their white Albacore tuna (also known as Bonito) is caught in the Bay of Biscay, fished one by one, carefully cleaned and expertly package.
