Q:If ordering 6 pounds at 1-1/2" thickness, approximately how many pieces would that translate to?
A:It is unfortunately impossible to estimate the number of pieces resulting for a cut to order product, as this will depend on the tenderloin itself. The entire piece is cut, so the resulting number of steaks will be different depending on the shape, size, trimming needed, etc.
