Fresh Mozzarella Nodini is a mild-flavored mozzarella style cheese specially made to order in Miami, Florida. "Nodini" refers to its unique knot-like shape, and each of these handshaped knots is pleasantly supple in texture, offering mild, milky flavor. Traditionally served with salads, they can also be served on cheese and antipasto platters, or alongside bread, finger foods, sun-dried tomatoes or cocktails. They're easy to prepare and make for an excellent surprise treat at a party or corporate event.
This cheese is created by Mamma’s Cheese, an Italian-style cheese brand based out of Miami, Florida. Specializing in traditional-style Italian cheese, all their mozzarellas are made fresh and have an approximate 3 day lead time once ordered. We recommend storing the cheese in the refrigerator for no more than a week or two - the sooner eaten, the better!
