Fermin Iberico de Bellota ham comes from pigs that are allowed to naturally graze on fatty-rich acorns for half the year. As the pigs gorge on the delicious acorns, their natural unsaturated fats turns the Fermin Iberico de Bellota ham creamy and melting-ly delicious, with a distinctive nutty flavor. The rarest of all Iberico hams, Jamon Iberico de Bellota just melts in your mouth. Whole, with the bone removed, this Jamon Pata Negra is impressive when carved at the table.
