A bag of milky, Belgian white chocolate coverture drops, called Callets, super versatile and superbly rich and sweet, by one of Belgium's premier chocolatiers, Callebaut. Discover these delicacies with the shape and shine of natural pearls and made of the classic Callebaut chocolates, with that exciting hint of natural vanilla. The pearls are lovely, easy to weigh and melt easily, so they're specially suited for baking. Add Callebaut chocolate chips to cookies, pastries, cakes, and anything else your baking heart desires. These white chocolate baking chips are made with fine cocoa beans, natural bourbon vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter. Callebaut is one of the rare chocolate makers that still selects, roasts and grinds its own cocoa beans, the beans are roasted in their entire shell, to protect them and keep in all the aromas and subtleties. This yields a more intense, more complex and deeper cocoa flavor, unmistakably Callebaut.
