Try our luxurious and delicious recipe for gourmet truffle deviled eggs, made with luxurious truffle oil and mixed in with pieces of tasty bacon. Serve with your best wines or champagne!

Truffled Deviled Eggs Recipe


  1. Using a sharp paring knife, slice the top of each egg and remove the egg yolk and reserve the hollow egg whites.
  2. Mix the yolk with mayonnaise, bacon and truffle oil in a medium bowl (this doesn’t need salt), until blended.
  3. Fill each egg white with the mayonnaise mix, topping with a sprinkle of Parsley and black pepper. Serve immediately or refrigerate until use.
