Sacre Bleu Dry Salami Sticks

Crafted in the style of the classic French saucisson sec salami, Red Bear Provision’s Sacre Bleu Salami is made in Chicago from premium cuts of flavorful pork This chunky dry sausage is seasoned with garlic, sea salt and black pepper, plus delicious red wine for extra flavor. The salami is cured and dried for two months until the perfectly complex, sweet and rich flavor is achieved.

Red Bear’s salami stick is a great little new format, perfect to make a little charcuterie platter for one or two. Pair Sacre Bleu with a couple of hard cheeses like Mimolette or Manchego, plus a shmear of sweet preserves and some fresh fruit and nuts for a perfect appetizer board.
