Coconut curry sauce is typically found in Thai and Indian dishes, where it’s paired with fragrant jasmine rice for a sublime combination. This sauce has the added advantage that it’s already prepared and ready to go, you just need to heat it up on the stovetop or even more simply, in the microwave. Seasoned with spices like coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, cumin and chili, plus aromatic ginger, this is the perfect sauce to give any dish an extra dose of flavor without any additional work.
