We adore Delice de Cremiers. It's rich, velvety, creamy and everything a cheese should be. It melts on the tongue and is just plain divine. With the characteristic bloomy rind outside (we don't recommend you eat it), this mini wheel comes in a lovely wooden container that makes for a beautiful and delicious gift. From Burgundy, France.

Creamy and fresh, a very creamy cheese with a tangy taste, when fresh it's a mild flavor,give it a few day to breathe and it will be tangy with a stronger taste good cheese for anyone. Its more like a snack on cracker with no particular wine.
