Les Sables de La Mere Poulard Sugar Cookies
Les Sables de La Mere Poulard are incredibly delicious sugar cookies from a recipe created by famed cook Mere Poulard in her Mont St. Michel restaurant and hotel (now a UNESCO site). The buttery cookies are made with Brittany butter and are light and sweet, and come in a lovely vintage collector's tin.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (from France), butter (22%), beet sugar, eggs from free range hens, salt, natural vanilla flavoring.
May contain traces of soya, sesame seeds and nuts.
