Boquerones in Vinegar and Olive Oil

A wildly popular delicacy in Spain, boquerones are made with small anchovies caught in the Mediterranean, Cantabric and Atlantic oceans. With a white, meaty and juicy meat, boquerones are popularly eaten as a tapa. Kiele follows an artisanal method of preparing their Boquerones in Vinegar and Olive Oil, by cleaning the fish by hand, then marinating them in vinegar, and finishing them off with olive oil, salt, parsley and garlic. Silky smooth, super flavorful and perfect for appetizers, main dishes and as a snack.
Ingredients: Fillets of anchovy, sunflower oil, olive oil, vinegar, salt.

These are the reason I made the order and they’re the reason I’m back to order more. These aren’t your pizza anchovies. They’re so mild, meaty, and perfect salty/sour combo.
