Salty and silky little white anchovy fillets swim in a pool of sunflower oil and vinegar! Known in Spain as boquerones, these white anchovies are rich, flavorful and have a deliciously mild flavor. They're usually found as a tapas dish, and are great by skewered with a green olive, or eaten over toast as a simple snack - don't forget the fresh beer. They're also fabulous to toss on salads, pizzas, and delicious to top pastas. They add a delicate flavor, texture and great nutritional benefits to boot.

If preferred, you can freeze anchovies – lay them out individually on a baking parchment-lined tray and open freeze them. Once frozen, tip them into a freezer bag and return to the freezer.
