Isigny Beurre de Baratte Butter, Salted

I cannot tell you how much I love this butter!!! When I tried to reorder I found that it was out of stock... so when I got the "back in stock" email, I doubled my usual order. I simply put the individual blocks in a freezer bag, and press the air out of the bag and zip it closed. The butter keeps very well and does not lose any of it's flavor. 5-Stars

Q:I’m interested in ordering some butter, cheese and perhaps pastries. Where are these shipped from and what is your shipping method for butter? I live in Texas. Thank you!

A:These products ship from our facility in Miami, FL. All chilled and frozen products require overnight shipping method. They are packaged inside of styrofoam containers with ice packs.

Q:Do you have or can obtain belade butter from Belgium, a soft butter sold in plastic tubs.

A:Belgian butter is not an item we carry or source at the moment.

Q:What is the percent butter fat content? I used to eat Elle et Vire butter all the time, until they stop importing it to the US.
