Q:can this product be frozen? If so, how long is can it be stored in the freezer? Can the other ssuasages you offer be frozen? Thanks
A:This is a frozen sausage. It will be shipped frozen and it will arrive frozen. It can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months. Once thawed out it should be kept refrigerated and used within 5 days. All the sausages we carry can be frozen down if they are chilled, not frozen.
Q:Is the sausage smoked with hickory wood?
A:Yes, Hickory wood is used to smoke the Wild Boar Hot Creole sausage.
