Ground Venison Meat

Our ground venison meat is made from all-natural New Zealand red deer, whose rosy-red meat is skillfully ground into a tender, mild grind that's never gamey. Incredibly versatile, our ground deer meat brings rustic venison flavor and juiciness to homemade chilis, meatballs, burgers, meatloafs, lasagnas, burritos, tacos, empanadas, pastas, sauces and countless other recipes. It's also lower in fat than many other ground meats, and is a rich source of iron, vitamins and minerals, making it ideal for the health-conscious meat-eater. Because it is relatively lean, it should be cooked carefully to avoid it drying out.

Our ground deer meat is supplied by American specialty meat distributor Broadleaf. They source gourmet meats from across the world, including Australian Wagyu beef, Texas wild boar and New Zealand Venison. They've spent several decades sourcing high quality venison from farms in New Zealand, where deer are free-ranging and fed a natural diet devoid of GMOs, hormones or chemicals.

I started purchasing New Zealand Venison several years ago for my dog. Everything was making him sick and this was my last option and my dog was able to eat this venison without getting sick. He loves it. We no longer eat cow meat and we also eat this brand of venison. I make hamburgers, meatloaf, meat pies, etc. This is the only venison we will eat because it doesn't have that strong fishy gamey taste. Excellent flavor. Eating deer meat is also great for the environment. Highly recommend and will buy again.

A:The only ingredient in this product is 100% venison (red deer) meat, no other type of meat is added to it.
